Part of every transaction does not stay with us.

We place property. Houses, apartments, land — in the end it always comes down to the same word: a home. For most people that is a given. For some children it is not.

The closeness between what we earn our living from and what children without a family home go without is not something that can be argued away. So we decided to take it seriously.

From every completed transaction we pass on a fixed share of our fee to institutions working in child and youth welfare. This is not a campaign or a one-off gesture but a permanent part of how we calculate — it applies without anyone having to ask.

Nothing changes for our clients. The share comes out of our side, not yours.

We keep this page because transparency is part of it — not because we expect anything in return. Anyone working with us should know where part of the money goes. It needs no more fuss than that.
